*This project has been cancelled.* Quotes are requested for the HUD Healthy Homes Program (HH-25-01) at specific addresses in Los Angeles County. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all necessary and incidental work in accordance with the detailed scope of work. Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre-Quote/Job Walk Meeting for all properties. Quotes should be submitted on the attached Quote Sheet along with all required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, RRP Renovator Certification, and evidence of insurance coverage. The quote must be electronically uploaded, and the bidder must confirm receipt by emailing the Contract Administrator. All quotes must be labeled appropriately. Contractors are responsible for ensuring their submission is received by the required date and time. There are specific insurance, licensing, and certification requirements, including general liability, workers' compensation, automobile insurance, crime insurance, pollution liability, and surety bond. The contractor must possess a B-General Building Contractor License, EPA Lead-Safe Certification, and RRP Renovator Certification. The completion period for the work is 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and there is a penalty of $500 per day for non-completion.
