TheHORbuildinghousesvariousStateandCountyofficesthatoffera wide variety of public and municipal services to the residents of Los Angeles County on a daily basis. The proposed project will include a major upgrade to the HOR building's electrical system by replacing and upgrading the various electrical system components throughout the building, including electrical panels, transformers, motor control centers, raceways, feeders, and selective lighting elements on the Ground and First floors. Please note that the building main electrical service will be upgraded with new panel switch gear and on-site utility transformers by others as part of the separate ongoing HOR Fire Sprinkler System Installation Project which is scheduled to be completed in July 2028
