Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
This project includes the rehabilitation of L Street from Pyramid Way to Stanford Way and 5th Street from Greenbrae Drive to L Street, in Sparks, Nevada. The project scope includes removal and replacement of roadway pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and storm drain piping and facilities. The project will upgrade sidewalk and pedestrian access routes to current ADA and PROWAG standards. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid amount is required. Prospective bidders will be required to have a current Contractor's License under the Nevada State Law for the type of work specified. The work is to be commenced by the successful Bidder after all executed Contract documents have been submitted and after being notified to proceed by the City of Sparks. It is the responsibility of all potential bidders/responders to monitor the Purchasing Division's website for any changing information prior to submitting their bid/proposal.
