Rich Township High School D227 is seeking bids for the D227 Summer 2026 Roofing Improvements at the FAC Project at Rich Township FAC Campus located in Richton Park, IL. Bids must be submitted as lump sum bids and accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond equal to ten percent of the base bid amount. The bid proposal must remain valid for ninety days from the date of opening. The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond for one hundred percent. A Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at the time of the bid or already be on file. All bidders must comply with Illinois law regarding the payment of prevailing wages to all workers on the project and will be responsible for additional costs if wage rates change during the project.
