The bid packages covered are: Bid Package #4 - Structural & Miscellaneous Steel; Bid Package #6 - Openings; Bid Package #7 - Roof; Bid Package #10 - Plumbing & Mechanical Piping; Bid Package #11 - HVAC/Sheet Metal/Controls. Lump sum bids are required. Each bid must include a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount from a surety approved by the owner and licensed in the State of Illinois. Bid Bonds will not be returned.
