Provide construction labor, equipment, and supervision to complete sewer and water upgrades on Richmond Street. The work includes installation of new SDR35 PVC sewer main piping and services, new sewer manholes, benching for manholes, and testing of new infrastructure. Replace all water service lines from existing corporation valves to new curb stops, install new water main and components, pressure test and disinfect new water main. Install a temporary water system prior to disruption of existing service. Provide trucking, excavation, labor, compaction (with compaction testing by the City), trench paving, coring/infill connection to existing structures, resetting curbing, reconstructing sidewalks as needed, and removing and disposing of material as specified. Bidders must submit proposals in compliance with all specifications, and the City reserves the right to waive informalities or reject proposals.
