Site work and renovation of a civil project in Rhome, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: New construction of treatment units to expand the Fairview Meadows Wastewater Treatment Plant capacity from 0.26 MGD to 0.45 MGD. The Work generally includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performance of all work necessary to construct all FAIRVIEW MEADOWS WWTP PHASE 3 EXPANSION improvements shown in the plans and specifications. This Work includes steel aeration tanks, an aerobic digester tank, headworks, steel clarifier tank, steel chlorine contact basin, new blowers, new influent lift station, new electrical gear and generator and associated equipment as detailed in the construction plans and specifications. The Project has an expected duration of 550 days. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
