The Hatboro-Horsham School District will receive sealed bids for District Wide Painting Service. The contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against based on race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held for up to ninety days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications before awarding the contract. There will not be a mandatory pre-bid meeting, but bidders are strongly encouraged to visit District facilities to familiarize themselves with existing conditions before submitting a bid. Site visits are optional and not required for bid responsiveness. The project may be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and applicable minimum wage rates.
