Fire system maintenance services including furnishing all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete repairs to various components of the fire suppression and fire safety systems in accordance with the construction documents. The work includes inspection, repair, and restoration of existing fire protection system components as detailed in the construction specifications, site photos, and Performance Work Statement. All work shall be completed within a 30-calendar-day period of performance following issuance of the Notice to Proceed and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and solicitation requirements.
