The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision necessary to repair the lift station. Work includes removal of existing pumps, piping, rails, controllers, and cables, followed by replacement with a new, upgraded packaged sewage lift station utilizing a wet well-type pump replacement system. The completed system shall result in a fully functional lift station that meets or exceeds the specifications described in the Statement of Work. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable requirements and standards to restore reliable sewage conveyance operations at the facility. In accordance with FAR Supplement 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
