Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, permits, legal disposal, fees, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace cooling tower components, including Louver Media, End Framed Louver Assemblies, Side Framed Louver Assemblies, Fill Kit, and Drift Eliminators for 2 cooling towers to Caltrans. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, for a more complete description of services. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
