York County is interested in receiving sealed Bids for Stockbridge Trunk Sewer Sanitary Sewer Improvements. Access and submittal are available with registration through the vendor database system located on www.yorkcountygov.com website until closing date of April 23, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents or about the bid process must be written. The Work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals; and of performing all work necessary to complete construction of a new sewage collection system. Construction of new 8-inch (988 LF), 12-inch (2,845 LF) and 16-inch (716 LF) diameter gravity sanitary sewer, 39 manholes, four (4) guaranteed jack and bores, and abandonment of 4 existing pump stations: Stockbridge Commons, Hawks Creek, Brook Springs and Palmetto West. This project will include pavement restoration, traffic control, site work including erosion and sedimentation control measures, site restoration, and demolition in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared therefore and entitled York County - Stockbridge Trunk Sewer Sanitary Sewer Improvements 1.2. Completion time for the project will be 548 calendar days as set forth in the Agreement.
