Renovation of an educational facility in Camarillo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to fully and satisfactorily complete the Project (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) within the Contract Time and not later than the Required Completion Date specified in the Project Schedule. The Work consists generally of the following: 1. Remove the existing roofing system to the wood deck and properly dispose of all debris. Contractor to protect in place all mechanical, electrical and plumbing lines and fixtures. 2. Repair all deficiencies in wood deck and fascia to match the existing per unit cost 3. Mechanically fasten 1/2" Dens deck prime coverboard attached per approved wind uplift criteria 4. Install one ply Stress base Plus 80 set in Green Lock adhesive applied at a minimum 2.5 gal/100sf 5. Install one ply KEE-Stone FB 60 set in KEE-Lock spatter spray foam adhesive applied per product wind uplift criteria and datasheets 6. All drip edge conditions to be replaced with new Solarbrite KEE clad metal 7. Termination bar to be applied on all flashings set in butyl tape and sealed with Tuff Stuff sealant 8. All curbs to meet a minimum of 6-8" height 9. The contractor is responsible for ensuring positive drainage and no ponding conditions 10. All gutters to be replaced with new 22GA Garland flat sheet in style selected by the owner from the manufacturer's standard list of colors 11. Manufacturer 30-year NDL warranty required 12. Contractor 5-year warranty required B. The Project Site: 4660 Mission Oaks Blvd., Camarillo, CA 93012, Adolfo Camarillo High School, Administration Building The District has adopted a goal for DVBE participation in the Project by Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) of three percent Bidder Clarification Request Deadline 4/28/26 10:00 a.m. The District shall conduct a Mandatory Preconstruction Conference at 10:00 a.m. on June 5, 2026, at the Project Site. The representatives of the Contractor and its subcontractors for purposes of the Project must be in attendance for the entirety of the Mandatory Preconstruction Conference. The Oxnard Union High School District is seeking electronic bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors for a Re-Roofing Project at the Administration Building of Adolfo Camarillo High School, Bid No. 719. The project value is $385,000 and includes all equipment, materials, tools, and expertise required for the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system. Bidders must submit electronic bids. Each bid must be submitted with bid security, which is due in hard copy by the bid due date and time. Only contractors with a C-39 CSLB-issued contractor license may bid. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required for all bidders; any bidder not attending will be deemed nonresponsive. The award will be based on the lowest total base bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide both a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. All workers on the project must be paid not less than the applicable prevailing wage rates. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the DIR, and applicable notices must be posted at the job site. Substitution of securities in lieu of retention is permitted as provided in the General Provisions.
