Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of replacing the existing steam tunnel ventilation system in accordance with the draft Statement of Work and associated attachments. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to perform construction activities required to remove and replace components of the steam tunnel ventilation system, ensuring the system is fully functional and meets specified performance and safety requirements. All work shall be performed as a firm-fixed-price construction effort and completed within 365 calendar days from notice to proceed. Location: National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Boulder Campus, 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. Any questions related to this solicitation must be received by the POC listed in Block 9 of the SF 1442 no later than 3:00 PM (MT) / July 29, 2026.
