The goal of this project is to provide new heaters in the Housing and Dining Facilities Operations Center (HFOC) warehouse, rooms 103 and 104. Scope of Services Project scope includes removal of the ten (10) existing heaters and replace them one for one (10 existing heaters will be replaced with 10 new heaters) according to the recommendations by 360 Engineering. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bid. Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by the construction community where the Contractor is the prime vendor to the State.
