Reference Number 0000424349 The City of Boulder, CO Public Works Utilities Department is seeking with a qualified contractor capable of providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete hydroelectric facility work in accordance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and Owner standards. The selected contractor shall provide services that may include, but are not limited to: Inspection, repair, or replacement of turbines, generators, gates, valves, and associated mechanical/electrical systems. Penstock and intake structure repairs (including welding, coatings, and structural work). Concrete repair and grouting of dam, spillway, or powerhouse structures. Installation and testing of instrumentation, controls, and monitoring systems. Coordination with Owner's engineer for testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
