Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gauley Bridge, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.

Project consists of building two pre-engineered metal 60 x 80 ft buildings, including a fire station and a training center. The fire station will be a finished building including foundation, slab, interior walls, and mechanical systems. The training center building will be a metal building shell with foundation and concrete floor, including minor electrical and plumbing work. Envelopes or packages must be marked Sealed Bid and specify the project for which the sealed bid is being submitted. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. The Fayette County Fire Fighters Association and Fayette County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
