The project consists of approximately 80 hours of street sweeping (with pickup broom), 1,102,006 square yards of bituminous seal coat, traffic control (lump sum), 3,888 raised temporary pavement markers, 218,886 linear feet of 4” solid line paint, 516,445 linear feet of 6” solid line paint, 312 linear feet of 24” solid line preformed thermo ground in, 1,180.76 square feet of pavement message preformed thermo ground in, 525 square feet of crosswalk paint, 288 square feet of crosswalk preformed thermal ground in, 8,668 pounds of rout and seal bituminous pavement cracks, 167,607 pounds of seal bituminous pavement cracks, and 3,205 tons of stockpile aggregate. Approximate project length is 65.562 miles of seal coat and 51.37 miles of crack seal. Minimum wage rates to be paid have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962 and associated regulations. Instructions to bidders: Electronic bids must be submitted through Otter Tail County's online bidding system. Mailed or hand delivered bids will not be allowed. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer for at least five percent (5%) of the proposal amount. Bidders must be registered plan holders to submit a bid online. The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions thereof, and to waive informalities.
