The major items of work are: removal of concrete walk, excavation, common embankment, aggregate base class 5, full depth reclamation, void reducing asphalt membrane, wearing course mixtures, concrete steps, ornamental metal railing, concrete walk, concrete curb and gutter, traffic control, sediment control log, seeding, and double solid line ground in marking. Electronic bids should be submitted through the county's online bidding system. Mailed or hand delivered bids will not be accepted. Bidders must be registered plan holders and can create an account online. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check for at least five percent of the proposal amount.
