Fillmore Middle School HVAC And Shade Projects Sealed bids are requested for the Fillmore Middle School HVAC and Shade Projects. All bids must be presented on the forms provided and will be received at the Business Office of Fillmore Unified School District. The contract time is 60 days. The lowest bid will be determined based on the price of the base contract without consideration of additive or deductive alternates. Bids must strictly conform with the Contract Documents, and a list of designated subcontractors must be submitted with the bid, as required by law.
