Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Clair, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Work is more particularly described as 12,910 tons of asphalt, 3,500 square yards of cold milling, 2,700 tons of gravel shoulders, 10,632 square yards of HMA base crushing and shaping, and 156 stations of trenching on various roads with pavement markings, monument boxes, and miscellaneous items. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive irregularities in any bid, and make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the County. Proposal blanks including supplemental specifications may be obtained on the Bid Express Website. Minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of gender, disability, race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
