Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals required to furnish, install, complete and ready for operation, one (1) PEMB to be used for recycling services. Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary construction work, including concrete work to erect the PEMB at the MRF site. Contractor shall be responsible for all structural and other alterations required to accommodate equipment differing in dimensions or other characteristics from existing site conditions. Contractor shall design and construct the PEMB in such a way as to accommodate and maximize the use of the existing equipment during design and construction while minimizing added costs of construction. The design of the PEMB shall meet the following design conditions at minimum (the information below is preliminary and can be subject to change if found to be inaccurate):
