This project involves the establishment of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for hydraulic equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement services, including the delivery of components and replacements as required. The agreements are intended to serve the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center (DEVCOM SC). Contractors must be qualified and licensed to work on the specified equipment and comply with the ANSI B56.1-2020 safety standard, ISO 9001, and manufacturer specifications. The contractor must also supply all necessary tools, parts, equipment, and personnel, and remain on-call for services related to all items listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) and attached equipment lists. Factory trained and certified technicians are required, and specialized experience in hydraulic lifting equipment, diesel engines, load testing and certification, electric vehicle repair, chain fall and overhead lifts repair, maintenance, and certification, as well as DOT-compliant cargo trailer experience, are necessary. Work includes scheduled preventive maintenance, unscheduled (emergency) repairs, repair-by-replacement, and load testing in accordance with OSHA and Army Regulations. Submissions must include a signed proposal letter, a narrative on ability to perform the work, past performance references, and a current price list. Only firms registered in the appropriate NAICS code (811310) in the System for Award Management (SAM) may participate. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
