Reference Number 0000418947 Bid Intent Not Available The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes restoration of the scoured stream bed, substructure repair of undermined footings for the culvert and wingwalls, Masonry repointing, Concrete crack and spall repair, replacement of retaining walls along the open channel on the upstream as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The provided Bid Packet must be completed and submitted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et. Seq., on online. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "CITY OF ENGLEWOOD" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00.
