Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project involves the removal of existing tennis courts and associated fencing and the construction of new pickleball courts in the same location at Blairwood Park. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be eligible to submit bids. The Contractor is required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Bidders must comply with insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and Buy American provisions. The project is funded through CDBG Allocation Funds. Further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are provided in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
