Colchester VT, directly north of the Vermont National Guard Library and Museum, on the grounds of the Camp Johnson complex, a secured military installation. Blueprints, project manuals, and plans are available from Blueprints, Etc., and any notifications or addendums associated with this project will be posted on their website. There is a non-refundable fee for each set of documents purchased. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the jobsite at 10:00 am on April 29th, 2026, and notify the Project Manager in advance to be added to the access list. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors are required to surrender a valid ID during their stay and follow specific site access and parking instructions.
