The plan includes 52 one-bedroom units and 9 two-bedroom units, surface parking exceeding 20 spaces, a maintenance shed, playground, gazebo, dog park, community gardens, internal sidewalks, a looped parking area for bus and emergency access, and a new sidewalk connection to Dunkelberg Road. The site is within the airport overlay district and adjacent to the Kinnerk Drain, which may require drainage board review. The Allen County Plan Commission has issued a Do Pass recommendation, and the rezoning petition is advancing to the Board of Commissioners for final action. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
