The Project consists of but not limited to: Interior finishes, LED Lighting, network cabling, wireless cabling, power modifications, widening terracotta wall openings, and limited interior partition changes with related trade impacts over approximately 20,000 NASF of existing office building space. The work is expected to be two phases with all work on Level 1 to be followed by all work on Level A. The building will be occupied during the construction effort but outside the area of work.
