Renovation of an educational facility in Norco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is for concrete replacement at Victress Bower School. Bidders must submit sealed bids electronically via the Bonfire E-Procurement Platform. Each bidder must possess a valid Class C-8 license at the time of award and maintain it throughout the contract. All bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Each bid must include a bid bond equal to at least ten percent of the maximum bid amount. Small businesses and firms owned and controlled by women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and disabled veterans are encouraged to participate. After the job walk, all questions must be submitted in writing via the Bonfire E-Procurement Platform, no later than Monday, April 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
