The Project consists of Construction of 4 new tennis courts with associated site work and grading. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors license(s): A The Bidders license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. The project consists of the construction of 4 new tennis courts with associated site work and grading. Bidders are required to possess an appropriate State of California contractor's license and be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations. Each bid must conform to all contract documents and include a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit are required for all participants. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond and comply with all applicable regulations, including labor compliance and Title 13 diesel fleet requirements. All workers must be paid at least the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on the base bid amount only, with the Board reserving the right to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
