The work involves providing full-service pre-construction and construction management services for the demolition and redevelopment of both Yankee Pier and Lima Pier. The engagement is structured in two phases: Phase 1 consists of preconstruction services provided for a lump sum fee; Phase 2, which proceeds upon authorization, includes construction services involving a lump sum for general conditions, a construction management fee percentage, insurance, and performance and payment bonds. Design documents prepared by the marine engineer of record will be provided as an addendum. Total Minority/Women Business Enterprise contracting goals are set at 30%.
