Work areas involve existing conditions, concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, special construction, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication, safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, and transportation. Vernon Construction & Development LLC is seeking proposals from qualified MWBE & SDVOB subcontractors & suppliers for trades including selective demo, concrete, masonry, metals, architectural woodwork, applied firestopping and sealants, roofing, hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, glass and glazing, windows, storefronts, curtain wall, framing and drywall, tiling, resilient flooring, epoxy flooring, painting, display boards, toilet accessories, lockers, locker room benches, signage, cubicle curtains and tracks, wall and door protection, toilet, wall padding, wall coverings, x-ray protection, metal detectors, fire protection specialties, window shades, countertops, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electric. The successful low bidder must execute the Project Labor Agreement, and all subcontractors of every tier must agree to be bound by the PLA.
