Vendors are to supply all labor and materials for the Page High School Media Center Flooring Project at 201 Alma Pinnix Dr., Greensboro, NC 27405. Quotes must be returned via email to Velicia Moore at gaddyv@gcsnc.com by the specified date. All proposals are subject to the attached Form AS-53, Instructions to Bidders. Prices and any entries made by the bidder shall be considered firm and not subject to change or withdrawal. The bid must not be collusive and must comply with all Federal or North Carolina antitrust laws. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The Board of Education awards public contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, or handicapped condition. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or to waive informalities and irregularities, and to award the project in part or in whole as deemed in the best interest of the district. Award is contingent upon availability of funds.
