Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to design and replace the service and emergency gates at Bear Creek Dam. The work includes replacing two service gates and two emergency gates, replacing associated mechanical components such as gate seals, packing seats, and low-flow gate hydraulic cylinders, and performing sandblasting and repainting of steel liners and gate slots within the flood tunnel. All work shall be completed in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained in the Request for Proposal documents and applicable standards. Location: Bear Creek Dam, 15600 W Morrison Road, Lakewood, CO 80228 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000 QA date - 5-29-2026 All Bidder Inquiries must be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days before the proposal due date in order for inquiries to be given consideration or actions taken prior to the receipt of offers *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
