Atlanta Housing is seeking a development partner for the Englewood South Phase Two project, involving the development of approximately eight acres of vacant land at the former Englewood Manor public housing site in Southeast Atlanta's Chosewood Park neighborhood. The goal is to deliver market-quality affordable housing within a mixed-use, mixed-income, and amenity-rich environment. The proposal should include a project vision, program summary, conceptual design scenarios, a preliminary budget (by sub-phase if appropriate), a financial transaction proposal, and accompanying pro forma(s). Atlanta Housing expects high quality, innovative architecture and design that reflects the energy of the Beltline corridor and the local neighborhood. Respondents may be invited for interviews and further clarifications before a recommendation is made for selection and approval.
