Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Atlanta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), will undergo a Request for Proposals (RFP) process to procure a qualified Developer/Operator team for the redevelopment of the Blue Heron Nature Preserve. The selected team will be responsible for the design, financing, construction, and long-term operation of a new purpose-built nature center. Vendors will be evaluated on their ability to meet minimum technical, operational, and programmatic capabilities necessary to meet the City's goals for sustainable facility development and long-term management. The selected team will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality solution that ensures effective project delivery and ongoing operational excellence.
