Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Boulder City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work involves sewer line remediation at the Mead Substation under a 100% small business set-aside. The Government intends to issue a Notice to Proceed on or about ten days following contract award. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend a site visit scheduled for April 29, 2026, as described in Attachment 4, and may conduct their own investigation of the complete project. Electronic bids are required and must be submitted through FedConnect only. The bid opening will take place virtually four days after the receipt of offers deadline and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
