The City of Boulder City, Nevada is seeking proposals from highly qualified respondents for the planning, financing, development, construction, and operation of a recreational vehicle, boat, and trailer storage facility. The successful respondent(s) will lease property from the City for this purpose. Respondents must demonstrate expertise and the ability to provide additional storage facilities for local and regional recreational vehicle owners, and are expected to perform in compliance with the highest standards.
