All bidders must use and complete all bid forms and comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with "CONTRACT #57 – NEW SCOREBOARD SUPPORT SYSTEM AT PARAMUS HIGH SCHOOL," and delivered to the Paramus Board of Education, 145 Spring Valley Road, Paramus, NJ 07652. In addition to a hard copy, a PDF copy of the bid must be included on a USB drive. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not exceeding $20,000. Bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development as required by the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Bids must include a Business Registration Certificate for both the bidder and all subcontractors. Bidders (and/or their subcontractors) must be classified by NJDPMC in C008 General Construction or C009 General Construction/Alterations & Additions. All requirements of the Law Against Discrimination and Affirmative Action must be met. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to all material requirements.
