Renovation of a municipal facility in Cadiz, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project will consist of replacement of the existing boilers, rooftop water source heat pump units, and rooftop packaged DOAS units. Generally, the work consists of mechanical, HVAC, insulation, test & balance, temperature controls, and electrical. Instructions to bidders include that bidding documents, including drawings and specifications, may be purchased from Paducah Blueprint and Supply Co. Inc. All costs for bidding documents and shipping shall be paid by the Bidder. The cost for bidding documents and shipping is not refundable. The successful Bidder will be responsible for purchasing additional sets as needed for construction. Bidding documents will be available beginning April 6th, 2026. Hard copy documents cost $125.00 and electronic copies cost $50.00.
