An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity ordering agreement under which the contractor will perform a series of individual projects at different Postal Service facilities. Work will be based on a Construction Task Catalog (CTC) with local labor, material, and equipment prices for each activity, and includes Technical Specifications for workmanship and material quality. Contractors will propose Adjustment Factors for the CTC Schedule, which will be applied to all unit prices unless otherwise noted. For each project, the contractor will attend a Joint Scope Meeting to understand the scope, inspect the site, and make recommendations on scheduling and other aspects. The Postal Service will prepare a Detailed Scope of Work and issue a Request for Proposal. The contractor will submit a Price Proposal Package, based on the CTC and Adjustment Factors, and the Postal Service may request changes. Upon approval, a Notice to Proceed and Work Order will be issued for each project, specifying the scope, completion time, and lump sum, firm fixed price based on unit prices. Gordian, Inc. supports the program through administration, CTC preparation, technical specification management, information management systems, contractor training, consulting, and proposal/work order assistance.
