Canal backfilling construction services under JELA 311263. The work consists of performing canal backfilling activities in accordance with the requirements set forth in Sections B through J of the solicitation and all attachments identified in Section J. All physical data, reports, and supporting information necessary to perform the work are provided with the solicitation. The project is being conducted as a small business set-aside and falls within a construction magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
