Site work for a water / sewer project in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and fully equipped self-propelled trailing suction type hopper dredge to perform dredging operations in the Mississippi River and Southwest Pass, and potentially in other areas both inside and outside of the New Orleans District. The dredge shall be capable of performing all required dredging activities necessary to support navigation channel maintenance in accordance with contract requirements. The project represents a large-scale dredging effort with an anticipated construction magnitude between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
