The Texas State University System, on behalf of Sul Ross State University, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm for the design of the Multi-Purpose Building One project at the new Sul Ross State University campus in Eagle Pass, Texas, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications. Prospective firms are referred to as Respondents. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 12:00 PM CT The Owner designates the following person as its representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFQ. Respondents shall restrict all contact with the Owner and direct all questions regarding this RFQ, including questions regarding terms and conditions and technical specifications, to the Point-of-Contact person by email only.
