The design of the equipment area should be intentionally representative of a typical chicken house, which are widely seen in rural areas around Georgia and contain all of the necessary feeding, watering, and monitoring equipment. The project is not intended to not house birds. Project Budget The Guaranteed Maximum Price is estimated at $1,558,900. The preliminary stated cost limitation(SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $1,400,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances.
