Sealed bids or electronic bids are requested for the Golden Triangle Regional Airport FBO Expansion FY2026, AIG Columbus, Mississippi. Qualified Prime (General) Contractors, Subcontractors, and Material Suppliers must register and order bid documents at www.jbhmplans.com. Bid documents are available as paper prints or digital copies, and must be purchased--partial sets will not be issued. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate only on the provided blank proposal forms and must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the base bid. All bids exceeding $50,000.00 must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985 by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors. Each bid exceeding $5,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond from an approved surety company. All bid bonds must include the appropriate Power of Attorney. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of forty-five days.
