Remodeling of a municipal facility in Aspen, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The project will include, but is not limited to the following: - Demolition of all flooring (wood and carpet), removal of countertops and cabinets, removal of all appliances, demolition of bathroom (tub, tile and sink) - Drywall repair and paint of entire unit - Replacement of two windows and replacement of windowsills and - New door hardware throughout the unit - Replace any damaged trim - Install all new LVT flooring throughout the unit - Install new cabinets and solid surface counter tops with 4" backsplash - Plumbing fixture replacement - Electrical scope: replacement of smoke detector, any missing lighting. - Mechanical scope, replace thermostats, replace and missing exhaust fans and repair any items necessary. - All new appliances to include dishwasher, stove/range, microwave vent hood, refrigerator, washer and dryer Scope To Be Excluded: - Removal of furniture and other goods, the unit will be empty upon start of the project. - Any exterior work not required for window replacement, this is the responsibility of HOA.
