The project involves acquisition, construction, and equipping of a 7,500-square-foot condominium unit located above the historic Red Onion building, funded through up to $20 million in tax-exempt 501(c)(3) revenue note financing issued by the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority. The project is in the financing and approval stage, with a TEFRA public hearing held in March 2026 and subsequent approval required by the State Treasurer of Colorado
