The work involves the 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Program Contract No. 1 General Construction for Jacob Gunther Elementary School, Newbridge Road Elementary School, and Sawmill Road Elementary School. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form as designated by the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be sealed in an opaque envelope clearly marked with the name and address of the Bidder, contract name and number, opening date for bids, and addressed to the designated entity. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to at least 10% of the base bid and any Alternate Bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, or all proposals may be rejected. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals, and advertise for new proposals, if doing so is in the districts best interest.
