Contract No. 3 is for HVAC reconstruction at Jacob Gunther Elementary School, Newbridge Road Elementary School, and Sawmill Road Elementary School. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form in the manner designated by the instructions. Bids must be sealed in an opaque envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name and address, contract name and number, and the opening date for bids, and addressed appropriately. Each bid must include a security deposit of not less than 10% of the base bid and all alternate bids, either by certified check or bid bond. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, or all proposals may be rejected. The school district reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals, and advertise for new proposals if deemed to be in the district's best interest.
